Q. How much is Shipping & Handling?
A. We offer a range of shipping options as seen on each individual product page. Please see Shipping Policy for further details.

Q. Delays in shipping my occur due to the supply chain crisis caused by Covid-19.
A. During this extraordinary period, there may be extended lead times for shipping, so please allow three to five extra days for orders to ship.

Returns

Q.Something I purchased is now on sale. Can I receive a price adjustment?
A. Unfortunately, due to high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow price adjustments.

Order Related

Q. How do I know if my order is complete?
A. You'll see a confirmation page after you complete your shopping experience. Then you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased, estimated ship date, and final cost. If you do not see the email immediately in your inbox, wait a minute or two, and remember: Check your spam folder!

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. Once an order is “In Process” it may not be cancelled or changed. For complete details on returning an item, please see our Returns page.

Q. How do I track my order?
